各位大俠，我想模擬干涉儀，弄好光路后，發(fā)現(xiàn)平面的不規(guī)則度不知在哪里設(shè)置，比如λ/10的不規(guī)則度能模擬嗎，或者有其他的軟件能夠模擬這個(gè)的教下我。。。

ZEMAX不能在設(shè)計(jì)中考慮表面不規(guī)則度的。

看來(lái)真不能了，公差分析只是在序列里面，況且他只起分析作用，沒感覺能具體模擬用的 [}?E,1Q3

There is a Zernike Sag surface in non-sequential mode, you may use it to represent the irregualr surface feature. Of course this would not be the same as the actual insertion of the real lens or surface as this surface has no thickness. If you could have some Zernike coefficient data (such as from Zygo) you may be able to implement the irregularity of the surface.  fG|+!
