公司地點在無錫新區(qū)，美國獨資，公司風(fēng)格非常open，2007年12月成立（目前規(guī)模不大），但是總部對公司比較重視，預(yù)計將無錫的工廠發(fā)展為sourcing center。
現(xiàn)招聘Opto-Mechanical Sourcing Engineer及Opto-Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer，要求英文流利溝通，三年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。

Responsibility: Eq=JmO'gHs
1. Perform value-engineering analysis on current processes and designs. Investigate cost-saving measures wherever possible and prepare the necessary ECO's or help facilitate customer ECO’s in support of Newport’s OEM sub-assembly business. U^K8^an$
2. Develop and document manufacturing process for Opto-mech products, including assembly, alignment and testing. Take from prototype stage into full sales released product stage. <A`SC;k\u
3. Resolve product and process failures, define and implement corrective action plans to eliminate failure modes. <$#^)]Ts
4. Keep abreast of state-of-the-art developments in relevant manufacturing technologies and production equipment. Prepare and champion proposals for improvements and upgrades of manufacturing capability. Specify the application of production equipment. Prepare and implement capital improvement proposals.
